This strength & conditioning program was created for athletes of all ages, male and female, seeking to become faster/stronger, more explosive, and, most importantly, less susceptible to injury. Athletes will learn everything from proper deceleration and landing mechanics, to correct squatting technique under resistance. Each training day has a different focus, so it is important that you are able to attend both sessions every week.
Participants Are Training Two Times Per Week For 7 Weeks

Resistance Training to increase lower/upper body power output
