Players with at least 2 years pitching experience will work on getting ready for the spring season with repetition of proper stretching and warm-up drills.  During the 4 weeks, Coach Sierra will work on developing proper mechanics, improving player arm strength, demonstrating ways of keeping arms safe from injury and walking through routines for a well-rounded bullpen session.  Players that demonstrate an ability to throw a fastball effectively will be introduced to secondary pitches including breaking balls and changeups.
