Strength & Conditioning
Whether your child has interest in team or individual sports or just enjoys being physically active, the speed & agility 101 sessions will help kids learn the proper mechanics of warming up, running, jumping, sprinting, balancing and moving laterally. Most children never learn the correct way to use their body for athletic or physical activity and these individual sessions will help get them started on the right track.
