This program for anyone that is simply looking to get faster.  Whether your child is a competitive athlete in a particular sport looking to gain an edge or is simply looking to get faster for personal motivation, the Need for Speed Series can get them where they want to go.

  • Strength & Condition exercises on the mats
  • Speed & Agility drills on the turf
  • Ladders, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, Jump Ropes, Speed Hurdles

Perfect running technique and reduce the amount of time it takes to get from point A to point B.  It doesn’t matter how fast your kid is to be part of this program. The only thing that matters is their desire to get faster!
